Starting your day off with a little movement and focused breath may be just the small step you need to bring more balance to your entire day. I am not great at this, but it is certainly a work in progress.
I put together this short, 8.5 minute yoga sequence that is perfect to do first thing in the morning. It is not too vigorous, so feel free to do it in your PJs. Roll out your mat, or simply plop onto the floor next to your bed. Whatever works for you.
